All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
All TYP3 merch items are printed on demand by Printful. Production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Add 3–7 business days for delivery — plan for 5–14 business days total.
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept size exchanges or returns for merch. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Misprints, damaged prints, or manufacturing defects are fully covered — contact us within 7 days with photos and we will reship at no cost.
If your order includes both merchandise (apparel, accessories) and other TYP3 products (seeds, flower, clones), they will ship separately from different fulfillment centers.
You will receive two separate tracking numbers — one for your merch from Printful and one for your cannabis products from our warehouse. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
All TYP3 Cannabis products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill. Our hemp flower and seeds contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their state or jurisdiction before ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any state or jurisdiction where hemp products are restricted or prohibited.
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
To initiate a return or report a damaged order, contact us at support@typ3cannabis.com with your order number and photos.
Seeds and live plant material (clones) are non-returnable once shipped for biosecurity reasons.
TYP3 Cannabis is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your carrier first, then reach out to us at support@typ3cannabis.com.
